Graduate Trainee - Finance

Graduate Trainee - Finance - 12 Month Contract

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Currently unemployed and available for full-time work
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Comfortable with IT systems and digital tools
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks
• Support data entry, reconciliations, and report generation
• Work closely with finance and operations teams to understand core business functions
• Participate in internal training and development workshops
• Contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives
• Shadow senior team members and learn how to operate effectively in a professional environment
