About the Company:

Sagan represents a commercial printing company specializing in offset, digital, and screen printing. The company is highly focused on automation and system-driven processes to streamline operations, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in prepress and design workflows, ensuring that all graphic materials meet the highest quality standards. This role requires proficiency in advanced tools such as Kodak Prinergy and familiarity with prepress workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for learning additional systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare graphic layouts for offset, digital, and screen-printing projects.
• Utilize Kodak Prinergy tools (Insite, Preps, and WorkShop) to manage prepress workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design specifications align with production needs.
• Manage and optimize customer-facing web portals and workflows.
• Coordinate with teams using PrintVis (ERP system) and WordPress/WooCommerce for web-to-print solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain a high standard of quality control.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new systems and processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and prepress workflows.
• Proficiency in Kodak Prinergy, particularly Insite, Preps, and WorkShop.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as PrintVis and web tools like WordPress/WooCommerce is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a commercial printing environment.
• Aptitude for learning new tools and systems quickly.
