Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in visually communicating the brand’s identity and marketing messages across all platforms. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative assets that support campaigns, product launches, internal communications, and external promotions, ensuring brand consistency and high visual impact.

You are responsible for

Inclusive of, but not limited to:

• Design physical and digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, web banners, landing pages, email templates, and presentations.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Maintain and evolve brand assets and templates.
• Liaise with marketing and sales teams to understand design needs.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
• Work closely with the copywriter & digital to produce integrated assets
• Develop video ads for social campaigns (FB, LinkedIn, Google)
• Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets.
• Prepare files for digital distribution across platforms.

You'll need a collaborative and creative mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

• National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is advantageous
• Proven experience with marketing campaigns, social media assets, and web graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility and brand alignment.

Package & Remuneration

Salary:  R25 500 CTC
