About the Role
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to support e-commerce and consumer brand clients with digital design work. You’ll work on projects spanning email marketing, web and UI/UX assets, paid social, and occasional print materials for packaging, retail, and branded collateral.
This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who understands how to create beautiful, conversion-focused designs that work both online and in the real world. The right candidate will have a portfolio showcasing their design work used in materials that drove revenue with proven success. What You'll Do
Design static ads and graphics for paid and organic social media
Design email banners and layouts for marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
Create on-brand digital assets for landing pages, product pages, and web components
Design static ads and graphics for paid and organic social media
Support light UI/UX work using Figma, including components for Shopify and landing pages
Create print-ready assets for retail environments, including packaging, in-store signage, and event collateral
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, CRM, and developers
Ensure consistency across digital and print materials in line with brand guidelines
Work efficiently within design systems and respond quickly to feedback
Use platforms like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver final files
Requirements
4+ years of experience in graphic design (e-commerce, consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brand experience preferred)
An updated and visually strong portfolio showing both digital and web design work is extremely important
Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing for Shopify or similar platforms
Experience with creating ads for paid social advertisements
A bright, bubbly design aesthetic and aren't afraid of bright, bold colors
Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo is a plus
Understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and responsive design
Ability to manage timelines, communicate clearly, and adapt in a fast-paced, remote-first setting
Comfortable communicating with clients who are on U.S. hours
Portfolio Requirements Please include a portfolio link that showcases:
Static design examples for use on Meta or Instagram both paid and organic
Email, Web, or UI/UX design (especially emailers, landing pages, or PDPs)
Print or packaging work for retail or consumer-facing brands
