Job Description: As a Graphic Designer at Msuez Uk, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our clients' online campaigns. You will work closely with our team of marketers and developers to bring our clients' ideas to life through stunning visuals. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Designing eye-catching and effective graphics for online campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and more - Collaborating with the marketing team to understand client objectives and develop design concepts that align with their goals - Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs as needed - Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design capabilities - Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Contributing to brainstorming and idea generation sessions to develop innovative design concepts Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and a strong eye for design - Experience in web design and knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in our office in Cape Town, South Africa. The contract will be for a minimum of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
