We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas, innovative graphics, and exciting product concepts to life across our Sport brands.

What you'll do

As our Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with Buyers, Planners, Suppliers, and the broader Product Team to create commercially successful product ranges that drive sales and delight customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching global and local fashion, sport, and lifestyle trends to inform seasonal product direction.
• Designing and developing new products and graphic concepts aligned to seasonal strategies.
• Updating and refining existing product styles to maximise commercial performance.
• Compiling detailed supplier tech packs to ensure accurate product execution.
• Assisting with print, colour, branding, packaging, and labelling approvals.
• Creating inspiration boards, marketing briefs, and visual merchandising collateral.
• Monitoring product performance and identifying future design opportunities.
• Conducting competitor and store visits to stay ahead of trends and ensure execution excellence.
• Building and maintaining design libraries and templates to support range development.

What we're looking for

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design/ Fashion Design/Clothing Technology/ Or a related design field

Experience

• 2–5 years' experience in Graphic Design.
• Retail, fashion, apparel, sportswear, or clothing design experience would be advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in: 
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent trend forecasting and research skills.
• Strong understanding of product and garment construction.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
