  Deferred Tax calculations as well as submitting tax returns to SARS
  
• Drafting
  Financial Statements for subsidiaries and assisting with the year end audit for
  the Group and subsidiaries
  
• Financial
  Consolidations for certain companies within the Group
  
• Cash Flow
  Management and Forecasting
  
• Preparing/Reviewing
  the Annual Budgets
  
• You will be
  responsible for multiple subsidiaries
  

Requirements

• Registered CA(SA)
  
• 2 - 4 years private sector experience (outside of
  audit practice environment)
