Key performance areas:

  • Retain all tracking programs through constant evolution and positive disruption of our deliverables in line with clients changing needs, always outpacing our competitors.
  • To grow our existing client relationships by integrating strategic and tactical data outputs and provide a holistic view to elevate our insights.
  • Use your current connections with potential clients to fully understand their current and upcoming needs. 
  • To successfully drive business development through reactive and proactive professional opportunity identification, generation & management.
  • Working closely with the SL teams to support and input into our commercial plan, aligning with the business development drive. 
  • Contribute to proposal development by developing proposal approaches, writing sections, reviewing the contributions of others, and ensuring proposal quality and compliance with Ipsos and funder requirements. 
  • Propose a long-term vision of the tracking business to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Activate Service Line offers, marketing materials and training modules.
  • Contribute to sector growth, elevation of our advisory services and overall business growth.
  • Promote and strengthen the Ipsos brand in the market in various forums with thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Support the SL teams in knowing and understanding client culture, strategy, business issues and language.
  • Build relationship and trust with business decision makers at the clients (C-Suites, business teams, ...), to establish trusted advisor status.
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders beyond Insight Department, including C-suite; tap into additional sources of budget.
  • Ensure ongoing projects give satisfaction to clients.
  • Build on previous work to give additional value (“connect the dots”).
  • Give added value to client with new ideas, thought leadership, and innovative ways of doing market research and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountability for achieving and growing the revenue target for each Service Line.
  • Accountability for achieving Service Line absolute gross margin and operating profit target.
  • Accountability for building and managing account plans in conjunction with the Client Officers and Service Lines.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management. 
  • Leadership skills and team spirit in line with the Ipsos values and leadership behaviours.
  • Client obsession and passion for growth.
  • Impactful communication and presentation delivery using the Ipsos storytelling approach.
