Guest Assistant | Luxury Wine Estate | Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a friendly and guest-focused Guest Assistant to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is your chance to be the face of the estate, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Salary: R13,000 â R15,000 per month

Live-out position

The Role:

â¢ Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism

â¢ Provide information and recommendations about the estate and surrounding attractions

â¢ Assist with reservations, bookings and guest enquiries

â¢ Support tasting sessions, tours and estate events as required

â¢ Maintain front-of-house areas to the highest presentation standards

â¢ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

â¢ Friendly, approachable and highly guest-focused personality

â¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

â¢ Organised, proactive and able to work independently

â¢ Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays

â¢ Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous
