Kendrick Recruitment is excited to recruit a polished and service\-driven Guest Liaison for a prestigious luxury boutique hotel in Cape Town. This is your chance to craft unforgettable guest experiences, anticipate needs before theyâre voiced, and deliver personalised service that leaves a lasting impression.
Whatâs on offer:
Salary: R16,500 gross per month
Medical Aid: 50% contribution (main member only, Discovery Health â Key Care plan)
Pension: 6% contribution, both ways (Momentum)
Gratuity: Paid monthly in arrears
Shift Work: Early (06:30â15:30) / Late (14:00â23:00) / Night (22:00â07:00)
Who theyâre looking for:
Proven concierge experience in luxury hospitality (5\-star environment essential)
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
Deep knowledge of Cape Townâs dining, culture, arts, and experiences
Anticipatory, intuitive, and guest\-focused with strong communication skills
Sophisticated, polished, and professional presentation
Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
Computer literate (Opera, MICROS/POS, Word, Excel)
Flexible and willing to work shifts
