Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and versatile Guide & FOH Couple to join a luxury private camp in the Addo region. This live-in role is ideal for a dynamic couple passionate about wildlife, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in guiding wildlife safaris and/or front-of-house operations
  


• Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
  


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  


• Flexible, hands-on, and able to adapt to various operational tasks
  


• Physically fit and able to work in a rugged outdoor environment
  


• Knowledge of conservation and wildlife management is advantageous
  

Key Responsibilities:

Guiding & Wildlife Experience

• Lead game drives, walking safaris, and wildlife experiences for guests
  


• Share knowledge on flora, fauna, and conservation practices
  


• Ensure guest safety while delivering memorable safari experiences
  

Front-of-House Operations

• Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival
  


• Manage daily front-of-house operations, including guest services and dining
  


• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining the property to luxury standards
  


• Coordinate guest requests and provide personalised service
  

Teamwork & Camp Support

• Work closely with the lodge team to ensure smooth operations
  


• Support events, activities, and operational needs across the camp
  


• Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and conduct
