Half -day Senior Financial Manager

A well -established multi -jurisdictional SaaS company operating in Cyprus, the UK, and South Africa, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Manager to provide financial leadership on a permanent, half -day, hybrid basis (3 days in -office and 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial
  oversight of the finance function across markets in which the company operates in
  
• Lead and review group
  consolidations across multiple entities and jurisdictions (critical)
  
• Manage and coordinate
  financial service providers in multiple markets
  
• Implement, review, and
  enforce robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  
• Review monthly
  management accounts and trial balances for accuracy, completeness, and
  integrity
  
• Maintain oversight of multi -currency
  environments, including EUR -based transactions and reporting
  
• Oversee tax compliance,
  statutory reporting, and SARS submissions
  
• Maintain control over
  cash flow, banking structures, and liquidity management
  
• Lead budgeting,
  forecasting, and high -level financial planning
  
• Support the CEO and
  Board with accurate, insightful financial reporting and analysis
  
• Manage and coordinate external
  auditors, audit processes, and other financial stakeholders
  
• Ensure audit readiness
  and compliance in line with listed entity standards
