Harvesting Manager (Spekboom)

• Managing two harvesting teams.
  
• Overseeing daily production targets and outputs.
  
• Conducting quality assessments of harvested materials. 
  
• Ensuring health and safety compliance across all teams and sites. 
  
• Managing team welfare and accommodation on -site.
  
• Liaising with farmers, landowners, and project stakeholders. 
  
• Maintaining strong client relationships and communication. 
  
• Coordinating administrative requirements with support from head office.
  
• Overseeing on -site logistics, including food preparation for teams.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Harvesting Manager. 
  
• Experience managing large teams. 
  
• Strong Health and Safety / First Aid experience. 
  
• Valid Drivers License (PDP) is required. 
  
• Comfortable travelling and staying at various sites across the Eastern and Western Cape.
