To define and lead an allocated client journey through agile teams as informed by client demand, commerciality and regional business priorities in alignment with Digital Transformation and PBB AR objectives.

• Completed Matric
• Business Commerce Degree 

Experience

• 8 - 10 years Experience with developing banking solutions and processes and associated value chains. Experience in implementing customer centric change programmes. Experience with Customer Experience design methodologies.
