Minimum Requirements

• BEng Degree (Postgraduate in Engineering/Solar Energy ideal)

• 9+ years in Engineering, including 5+ years in leadership

• Preferred background in Solar Power, Manufacturing, and Engineering

Key Skills & Competencies

• Skills: Communication, active listening, critical thinking, leadership

• Knowledge: Helioscope, PVSyst, PV Sol, AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects)

• Traits: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, innovative, strategic thinker

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

1. New Technologies

   • Design storage/micro-grid solutions

   • Improve technical system performance

2. Market Relevance & Industry Engagement

   • Attend/present at events, track trends and regulations

   • Build industry networks

3. Team & Project Management

   • Communicate goals, delegate tasks, oversee training/installations

   • Ensure quality control and effective procedures

4. Leadership

   • Contribute at MANCO/EXCO level

   • Conduct performance reviews and mentor team
