• Take full responsibility for payroll across multiple sites, ensuring flawless execution and compliance.
  
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning with a focus on cost control and optimization.
  
• Implement and enhance ERP/financial systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Advise leadership with clear, actionable financial insights to guide decision-making.
  

Requirements

• Registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
  
• MBA advantageous
  
• 12+ years progressive finance; 5+ years in a senior role
  
• Experience in managing payroll
  operations at a senior level, including knowledge of South African labor law,
  statutory deductions,
  
• and payroll systems integration with HR and ERP platforms
  (for eg. Sage 300)
