Head of Internal Sales

• Manage all customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring professional communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee order processing by accurately capturing and tracking orders through internal systems.
  
• Lead and manage the internal sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  
• Generate and analyse sales performance reports, customer trends, and inventory management data using Microsoft Excel.
  
• Ensure professional standards of written and verbal communication across all internal and external correspondence.
  
  

Requirements

• Working knowledge of invoicing, credit control, and financial processes.
  
• Proven experience in internal sales or sales administration, preferably within the manufacturing or textiles sector.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar skills.
  
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  
• Previous experience in the advertising or signage textile industry will be advantageous.
  
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
