As our Head of Marketing, you'll lead the overall marketing function, including Brand, Creative, Ecommerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Visual Merchandising. You'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, grow customer engagement, and deliver commercial results across every customer touchpoint.

Working closely with the Executive Team and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll champion innovation, customer insight, and creative excellence while leading a high-performing team.

About the Role

As our Head of Marketing, you'll lead the overall marketing function, including Brand, Creative, Ecommerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Visual Merchandising. You'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, grow customer engagement, and deliver commercial results across every customer touchpoint.

Working closely with the Executive Team and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll champion innovation, customer insight, and creative excellence while leading a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute the long-term marketing and brand strategy aligned to business objectives.
Lead the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing strategy to drive online growth and customer acquisition.
Build impactful, customer-centric marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, and other channels.
Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Lead the Creative Studio, including copy, design, photography, and content production.
Oversee Visual Merchandising to create engaging in-store customer experiences.
Analyse customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform strategy.
Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure strong return on investment.
Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, Operations, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Present marketing performance and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented multidisciplinary marketing team.

What We're Looking For

Postgraduate Degree (NQF Level 8) in Marketing or a related field.
8–10 years' marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies across digital and retail environments.
Strong understanding of Ecommerce, omnichannel marketing, customer experience, and brand development.
Experience managing creative teams and agency partnerships.
Commercially minded with excellent analytical and financial acumen.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for innovation, customer experience, and building high-performing teams.
