Head of Operations

As Head of Country Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiency across our US campaigns, partnering closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to optimise performance, unlock growth, and build a strong, accountable culture. This role plays a critical part in how our US business delivers, scales, and shows up every day.

If you have the following:

• Senior experience leading operations or sales/customer service operations within a complex, performance‑driven environment

• Strong strategic and analytical capability, with a proven ability to turn insight into execution

• Experience working cross‑functionally with finance, marketing, enablement, and leadership teams

• A leadership style rooted in ownership, accountability, and developing high‑performing teams
