Role Overview
The Head of Sales / Sales Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales strategy, owning revenue growth, and building scalable sales channels across priority markets. This role requires a commercially experienced leader with exposure to fintech, crypto, and payments products, strong client engagement capabilities, and a proven ability to build, lead, and scale sales teams

Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
7 years’ experience in sales or commercial leadership roles within fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services
Proven experience defining sales strategies and scaling sales channels
Strong track record of building and converting sales pipelines
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
Experience leading and developing sales teams in high-growth environments
Commercially driven, outcome-focused, and comfortable operating with autonomy

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Channel Development
Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Identify, develop, and optimise sales channels across priority markets
Establish clear go-to-market approaches and revenue targets
Pipeline Development & Client Engagement
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including defining priority hit-list clients
Lead senior-level client engagement, relationship management, and commercial negotiations
Maintain consistent engagement with key prospects and active clients
Partnerships & Growth Collaboration
Work closely with the Growth Lead to identify, assess, and execute strategic partnership opportunities
Support partnership-led growth initiatives from evaluation through to execution
Strengthen external relationships that support long-term revenue growth
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Build, manage, and mentor the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations
Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement within the sales function
Support hiring and scaling of the sales organisation as the business grows
Performance Oversight & Reporting
Oversee sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and revenue reporting
Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership
