Summary of Role:
This position is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of solution delivery — from planning and execution to post-deployment support. The role requires strong leadership, strategic alignment with business priorities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate delivery, support, and PMO teams
  
• Manage execution of product roadmaps and delivery plans
  
• Oversee post-deployment support and incident response
