Head of Training

• Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):*
• Design and evaluate the strategic plan for the training academy
• Ensure training content is relevant
• Manager delivery of training programs
• Implement methods for evaluating training effectiveness
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
• Manage training budget
• Education:*
• Bachelors degree in Business, Education, HR
• MBA or a masters degree is a non negotiable

Job Experience:*

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Exposure in a similar role

Skills:*

• Excellent communication skills
