We operate as a dedicated extension of our clients’ teams, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and professional service delivery.
About the Role
Our client is a growing ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) therapy provider in the United States. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Documentation Compliance Specialist to support their remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely submission and verification of session notes completed by Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is confident in follow-ups, and understands the importance of healthcare documentation compliance.
PLEASE NOTE:
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings)
Public Holidays: Required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (SA public holidays compensated in accordance with the BCEA)
Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line (minimum 25 Mbps upload & download) with wired Ethernet capability — LTE/5G/Rain not accepted
Power Backup: Reliable backup solution required (UPS, inverter, solar, etc.)
Work Environment: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily reports on the Rethink platform to identify unsubmitted or unverified session notes
Conduct structured follow-ups with RBTs via email, phone, or text
Ensure documentation meets internal compliance and quality standards
Escalate recurring or unresolved submission issues when necessary
Maintain accurate compliance logs and tracking records
Build professional and supportive working relationships with field staff
Requirements
Previous experience in U.S. healthcare administration, documentation, or compliance
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage high volumes of daily follow-ups
Professional, confident, and respectful communication style
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Advantageous
Experience within ABA therapy or familiarity with RBT roles
Experience in healthcare documentation compliance or quality assurance
Experience working with electronic health record systems (Rethink experience beneficial)
