Salary & Working Hours:

• Salary: R28,000 – R30,000 per month (excluding commission)
• Location: Remote (South Africa-based)
• Working Hours: UK business hours, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a resourceful and motivated Healthcare Recruitment Talent Sourcer to support the growth of a fast-scaling UK-based healthcare recruitment company. Leveraging innovative AI technology and streamlined processes, this role offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of tech and talent. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality healthcare professionals for UK roles while contributing to an ambitious, efficiency-driven team.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a South African professional eager to work UK hours and make a direct impact in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified healthcare candidates (e.g., nurses, carers) for UK-based clients.
• Utilise internal recruitment tech tools to streamline and accelerate the sourcing process.
• Work closely with consultants and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate searches.
• Conduct CV screening, manage shortlists, and maintain accurate records within the internal CRM system.
• Support in the coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare profession and UK recruitment market is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps).
• Ability to work UK business hours from Monday to Friday.
