🎯 About the Role

The Case Manager (Sales Closer) plays a vital role in helping people access life-improving natural healthcare.

• You will guide prospective patients through their decision-making process

• Your main goal is to help them overcome financial barriers that may prevent them from receiving care

• You are a key contributor to expanding the clinic’s mission and impact 🌟

• 📞 Consultation & Sales

  • Conduct effective phone and video consultations with prospective patients/clients

  • Help prospects fully understand their health challenges

  • Guide them to take action and move forward with the doctor-recommended plans, products, tests, and/or services

  • Ensure patients you assisted are happy, successful, and thriving on their care plans

  • Consistently follow up with prospects who did not initially purchase

• May require early starts, late availability, or weekend hours

• Designed to get you fully prepared as quickly as possible

• Less intensive, with occasional hours outside regular shifts for fine-tuning

🔹 Phase 3: Ongoing Training

• Continuous learning during normal work hours
