Hotel Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is pleasant and memorable. Key responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Additional duties will involve maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas, assisting with room service, and supporting the housekeeping team as needed. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
