Position Overview: As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests they may have.
