Job Description - Hotel Receptionist/reservationist

Boutique Hotel Receptionist & Preservationist

Proven work experience in 4- or 5-star Hotel environment fulfilling the role of a Hotel Preservationist, Receptionist, Front Desk or similar position.
Qualifications: Senior Certificate, Hospitality qualification will be of advantage.
Applicant must be willing to work shifts (06:30 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 23:00) including weekends as operationally required.
Own vehicle to travel to and from the workplace in Durbanville.
Firm understanding of work practices within the Hotel and Hospitality industry.
Sufficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel Reservation software programs (Semper will be of advantage).
Bilingual in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicant must be organised, friendly and well-presented.
Ability to work under pressure and in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
