WE’RE HIRING!

SALES COORDINATOR

Hotel, Cape Town

Are you organised, customer-focused and passionate about sales and hospitality?

My client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide vital support to the Sales & Marketing team, manage customer enquiries and help maximise hotel revenue.

THE ROLE

• Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally

• Assist with hotel reservations for FITs, groups and conferences

• Prepare rate proposals and follow up on business opportunities

• Handle non-residential conference enquiries

• Maintain accurate customer databases and records

• Support the Sales team with administration and reporting

• Assist with MIS and departmental reports

• Manage sales collateral and promotional materials

• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers

• Contribute to an efficient, professional Sales Department

Requirements

Diploma/Degree from a reputable hotel school

At least 1 year’s experience in a similar position

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong administrative and organisational abilities

Fluent English; additional languages advantageous

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of OPERA

A professional, proactive and positive approach
