Housekeeper

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard
  




• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in laundry, linen, and storeroom areas
  




• Restock supplies and amenities as needed
  




• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure resolution
  




• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleans when required
  




• Uphold hygiene and safety regulations at all times
  




• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments
  




• Ensure attention to detail in the presentation of rooms and common areas
  




• Provide courteous and discreet service to guests
  

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or estate setting
  




• Physically fit and able to manage the demands of the role
  




• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail
  




• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  




• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
  




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  




• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
