HR Administrator | Luxury Property Group | Thabazimbi



Thabazimbi, Limpopo



Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-driven HR Administrator for a luxury property group based in Thabazimbi. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people development, compliance, training, and maintaining exceptional administrative standards within a luxury hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, training initiatives, employee development, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and labour legislation.

Key Focus Areas:

HR Administration



  • Drive and monitor counselling, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes

  • Manage leave administration (sick, annual, maternity, unpaid, etc.)

  • Record and report on overtime accurately

  • Maintain employee HR files, contracts, and benefits records

  • Manage induction and exit processes

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Injury on Duty procedures

  • Support Employment Equity administration and annual submissions

  • Assist with recruitment, advertising, and interview coordination

Training & Development



  • Monitor and report on monthly training plans

  • Facilitate internal training sessions and onboarding programmes

  • Support development of training materials and departmental manuals

  • Coordinate internal and external training initiatives

  • Track effectiveness of training and maintain records

  • Manage logistics for training events and facilities

  • Support staff development initiatives

Succession Planning & Development



  • Assess training needs for staff

  • Identify training solutions to close competency gaps

  • Support personal development planning for employees

  • Maintain accurate training records and reports

  • Collaborate with management on talent development strategies

Requirements:



  • Strong knowledge of HR and training administration processes

  • Understanding of South African labour legislation

  • Experience in training or facilitation advantageous

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a people-focused approach

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset

  • Emotional intelligence and strong team orientation
