HR Administrator

HR Administrator | Luxury Safari Lodge | Northern KwaZulu-Natal

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a luxury lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. This role requires strong HR experience, preferably within a lodge environment, with advanced knowledge of payroll systems and the ability to manage HR processes in a remote hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration across recruitment, onboarding and staff records
  


• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with lodge policies
  


• Handle employee queries and support staff welfare initiatives
  


• Maintain accurate HR documentation and filing systems
  


• Assist management with performance reviews and disciplinary procedures
  


• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and lodge standards
  


• Support training and development initiatives for lodge staff
  


• Liaise with management and operations teams to ensure smooth HR processes
  

Minimum Requirements

• Proven HR administration experience (hospitality/lodge environment preferred)
  


• Proficiency in Sage 300 People or similar payroll systems (essential)
  


• Strong administrative and organisational skills
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  


• Ability to work independently in a remote lodge environment
  


• Valid driver's licence advantageous
