HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting employee records management and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and
  scheduling interviews.
• Maintain HR compliance with the Department of Labour laws and company policies.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:

• National Diploma or BTech in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Suite and HR software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
