Job Requirements:
•2 years’ experience in an HR Administrative role
•Payroll Administration experience
•National Diploma in Human Resources Management or 3-year related qualification
•Matric Certificate
•Computer literate especially in MS Excel & Word
•Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
•Be prepared to work overtime when necessary.
•Confidentiality and emotional resilience
•Problem- solving skills and good numerical skills
Key Responsibilities:
•Payroll Administration- Prepare, process and maintain payroll information, records and reports for all employees
•Manage time attendance system (Kronos) and Payroll system
•Leave Management- Ensure leave forms are filled in and processed in time
•Compile HR reports (Including but not limited to BBBEE, CSI report and Local HR Report)
•Minute taking in Union and HR meetings
•Engagements and terminations of temporary employees
•Capture Disciplinary actions and training on system
•Provides assistance and support to the Human Resource Practitioner
•Attending to employees’ queries and other duties as and when required
•Staff welfare and functions
Starting Salary:
•Market-related Salary
