HR Business Enablement Practitioner - ER24

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support a holistic human resources business enablement service leveraging human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a values-based culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Support business performance through people management enablement


• Enable talent management


• Facilitate Human Resource Service Delivery


• Support workforce and remuneration management


• Implement and manage employee engagement


• Enable transformation through talent management and people management

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 

• HR Related or Administrative qualification 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: 

•  2-3 years recruitment experience in healthcare environment

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 

• 2 – 3 years’ recruitment / sourcing experience in an agency / in-house sourcing environment


• 2 years experience in working on any Applicant Tracking System


• 2-3 years recruitment experience in healthcare environment

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
