Job Description - HR Manager - Hospitality (EE)

SA - Mpumalanga, StandertonR45,000- - R50,000 *based on skill set and experience Our client a major player in Hospitality (Gaming), located in Mpumalanga, is seeking to urgently appoint a Human Resources Manager - with 4/5* Hotel HR Management experience of 9+ years: Minimum requirements:

Gr.12 / Matric + BCom Human Resources / BTech Human Resources and/or Hospitality related (industry specific) qualifications

9 Years’ + experience at 4/5* Hotel - of which 5 years at Management level

Must be familiar with HR legislation

Efficient in MS Office 365 and working knowledge of Opera PMS system advantageous

Must be willing to work flexible hours (operational requirement)

Excellent in conflict handling and organisational/planning skills required

Limited accommodation provided onsite in case of relocation
