Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Employee & Union Relations, Labor Law Compliance,

Talent Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development
(FMCG Background only)

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop people strategies that support business objectives.

Talent Management & Acquisition: Manage headcount planning, recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

Employee Relations: Act as a single point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and engagement initiatives.

Organizational Development: Identify skill gaps, drive organizational design, and manage change.

Data Analysis: Use HR metrics and data to drive evidence-based decisions on talent and retention.
