Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for developing and supporting employees. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have a positive and productive experience - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions - Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with management to develop and implement compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees to promote their professional growth - Advise and assist managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employee relations issues - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in a HR management role - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in South Africa - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and policies - Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software - Certification in HR management is a plus We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - A dynamic and collaborative work environment - The chance to make a significant impact on the success of our clients and our company If you are a highly motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
