Inbound Sales Agent

Remote World is recruiting an Inbound Sales Agent for a busy UK-based business. You'll handle warm inbound enquiries — people who've already shown interest — and guide them through to a sale. No cold calling, just real conversations with motivated prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right product or service
• Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into sales
• Follow up with leads who haven't yet committed
• Log all activity accurately in the CRM system
• Meet daily and monthly conversion targets

What You'll Need

• Experience in sales, call centre, or customer-facing roles
• Clear, confident verbal communication — great phone manner is essential
• Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple enquiries
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
• Reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R16,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
