Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement improvements to the production and merchandising processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
  


• Inventory Management: Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time for jewellery production without excess stock.
  


• Workflow Analysis: Study current manufacturing and merchandising workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase throughput while maintaining product quality.
  


• Production Planning: Collaborate with the production team to create detailed production plans that align with customer demand and market trends.
  


• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data on production, quality control, and inventory to create actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  


• Cost Reduction: Lead initiatives to reduce material waste and operational costs through lean manufacturing principles.
  


• Supplier Coordination: Work closely with the sourcing team to ensure timely procurement of materials and optimize the supply chain process.
  


• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the company’s rigorous standards of craftsmanship and excellence.
  


• Technology Integration: Support the implementation of advanced technologies and automation in manufacturing to improve productivity and precision.
