Infrastructure Engineer, 3rd/4th Line IT Support Engineer, Project/BAU, Windows Server 2016/2019, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, Cloud/AWS/Azure – up to 65K (very flex on salary) – Office based job.

Global tech company is looking for a Senior / Infrastructure Engineer / Senior IT Support Engineer to join their IT Operations Team. You will be the escalation point for a solid team of 1st/2nd line engineers. Dealing with 3rd and 4th line queries you will find your day is split 60/40 in favor of project work.

Skills required: Windows Server 2016/2019, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, SharePoint – Any virtualization will be a benefit such as VMware or Hyper-V.

This Infrastructure Engineer role will have you covering server, network, and application support/administration as well as implementing solutions and maintaining them. You have ownership of certain systems and platforms and therefore have deep technical knowledge and experience in implementing and troubleshooting.

This is an office / onsite-based role. You will be engaging with external clients, and the wider business, attending meetings, and working with stakeholders up to C-Level. You must be comfortable putting your face around the business, have your voice heard, and bring ideas to the table.
