Integration Project Manager

We're hiring an Integration Project Manager | Rosebank (Hybrid) | Start 1 July 2026

Are you a seasoned Integration Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and business? We're looking for a driven, highly structured professional to lead end-to-end integration delivery across enterprise systems, data, and business processes. You'll own project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and governance — ensuring complex integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and built to last. The ideal candidate brings strong Waterfall and Agile experience, a sharp enterprise architecture mindset, hands-on knowledge of APIs, data migration, and enterprise platforms (SAP experience a plus), and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed integration project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Define scope, dependencies, and integration architecture requirements.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Lead the integration of systems, applications, data, and business processes.

• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions. 

• Ensure compatibility across platforms and environments.

• Lead cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors, partners).

• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and integration alignment meetings.

• Identify, track, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies.

• Escalate critical issues and recommend recovery actions.

• Maintain risk logs, decision logs, and issue registers.

• Provide regular status reporting and dashboard updates.

• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and architecture principles.

• Maintain documentation (process/data flows, designs, integration specs).

 

• Capture lessons learned and improved integration practices.

• Drive standardisation of integration approaches and methodologies.

• Strong project management expertise (Waterfall and Agile).

• Experience with system integration, APIs, data migration, or enterprise platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

• Strong enterprise architecture mindset and a focus on “what is good to take the business completely into the future”.

• Experience in an SAP environment is preferable.

• Strong influencer with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.

• Solid focus on technical systems delivery, leveraging relevant standards and best practices.

• Able to balance people, process, and technology change.
