The Systems Analyst compiles technical specifications from specified business requirements The incumbent produces technical specifications in the form of documents that are in line with agreed upon standardsOptimises work through the application of learning experiences Creates technical specifications Interacts with internal customers according to defined service standards Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards Ensures operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
