Key Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of brand strategies, including product launches and digital campaigns, in line with marketing objectives and brand CI guidelines.

Maintain and update product listings on WooCommerce, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent with brand identity, and optimised for the best customer experience.
Serve as the online voice of the brand, managing DMs, comments, and customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor key marketing and e-commerce metrics and provide insights to inform strategy.
Write compelling, grammatically sound copy for various channels including social media, product pages, newsletters, and internal communications.
Stay informed on digital trends, competitor activity, and new tools, proactively contributing fresh ideas to enhance brand growth.
Provide marketing administrative support, including content scheduling, sample coordination, and basic budget tracking.
Support the sales team by supplying branded content, product information, and promotional materials for key retail accounts.
