The Role

The Internal Auditor role will entail the below and is not limited to:

• Independent report writing


• Sales RFP’s assistance


• Business-As-Usual


• Risk Administration


• Gap analysis


• Internal audit


• Guidance and advisory

Responsibilities

• Independent assurance that Entersekt risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively by conducting internal audits. 


• The Internal Auditor will be required to independently document audit reports to the Board of Directors which does not have influence from internal business


• Planning, Fieldwork, Report Findings, and continuous monitoring including the 5 Internal Audit C’s: Criteria, Condition, Cause, Consequence, Corrective Action.


• Internal audit assurance on PCI DSS, 3DS, SOC2, ISO27001, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy legislation


• IT Risk administration, collaboration, and register monitoring


• Risk gap analysis across business and IT function


• KnowBe4 content creation assistance for security training and monitoring statistics of cyber scoring


• Policy and Procedure maintenance assistance and monitoring


• Compliance related RFP’s, TPRM’s, DPQ’s, questionnaire assistance

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:

  5 years’ experience in at least 2 of the below:

  
  
  
  
  • ITIL/Cobit Foundations
  
  
  • CISA 
  
  
  • Relevant Systems and Business Auditing certificate
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  5 years’ experience in all of the below:

  
  
  
  
  • Audit Project Management
  
  
  • Microsoft365 suite 
  
  
  • Fluent in Sharepoint, Confluence, and JIRA
  
  
  • Hosted Data Centre Audits
  
  
  • Internal General Controls (ITGC)
  
  
  • NIST 800-82, SANS Top20, and ISO27001 frameworks understanding
