The main responsibilities of the role include:
Understanding customer needs and connecting them to the right solutions.
Have a good understanding of the capacity and work in progress in the customisation facility.
Create a connect between our stores and the Customisation Leader to ensure both stakeholders are aware of anticipated orders.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our stores.
Engaging directly with stores around any queries and concerns.
Available to work overtime when required.
The experience we’re looking for:
Experience in a similar role focused on looking after customers.
Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (spreadsheets), Word, Outlook; preferably also Syspro and WMS.
Experience working in a production environment advantageous.
