Job Description - Internal Sales Representative (Courier)

Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join the Cape Town Team,

Â· Securing new long -term clients at agreed
prices.

Â· Servicing existing company customers, ensuring
continuity of excellent service and dealing with any service enquiry
proactively.

Â· Providing feedback from customers on their
service requirements.

Â· Provide quotes timeously.

Â· Increasing company turnover.

Â· Dealing effectively with any issue relative
to existing company customers.

Requirements

Â· Grade
12

Â· Minimum
2 years relevant experience gained in the courier industry

Â· Customer
liaison experience

Â· Proficiency
in MS Office

Â· Ability
to do KPI reports
