Internal Salesman

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for achieving sales of company product/services
• Responsible for identifying and developing new clients
• Service existing client base with regular client interaction
• Provide regular feedback and reports to Management
• Regular customer visits as per sales and enquiry needs
• Prepare and present sales presentations
• Monitor and evaluate competition activities and products
• Generation and follow up on quotes to customers
• Ensure all client contact details are captured and updated on the CRM system
• Answer client queries and assist with updated information
• Maintain and file all electronic and manual sales information as per company requirements
• Solve technical queries on products/services, by providing either telephonic support, information or on-site support
• Give after hours support to clients, where necessary

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Own reliable vehicle
• Minimum 5 years Technical Sales in the water treatment, water or fluid flow industry

• Must be computer literate MS Office, as well as CRM system software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good mathematical skills and basic reasoning ability

• South African Citizens only
