BEAUTY THERAPY EDUCATOR with International experience (ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• 45 hours per week

Reports to: Human Resources Director / CEO

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. Internationally accredit certification in Beauty Therapy
3. Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology / Somatology and or Aesthetics
4. ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC
5. BONUS - DHA License
6. Educator qualification

EXPERIENCE:

1. Educator experience offering international certification (ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC)
2. Experience teaching Anatomy & Physiology - highly preferred
3. Examination board experience - highly beneficial but not a base requirement
4. At least 1 year working as a beauty therapist in a salon or spa
5. We require an experience letter from your current or latest employer proving your employment in the beauty industry within the past 24 months

ESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED:

1. Fluent and confident in English command
2. Computer literate including Zoom, MS Office, Social Media
3. Confident in knowledge of Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Anatomy & Physiology / Electrolysis (Theory & Practical)
4. BONUS - Micro needling, Skin Pen, Facial Peels, Advanced Skin Care, Dermaplaning
5. Calm, nurturing and caring demeanor
6. Able to multi-task
7. Strong knowledge of global beauty industry standards, trends, and techniques.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embracing cultural diversity.
9. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse international learning styles.

11. Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
