Key Responsibilities

  customer queries via live chat and other communication channels

  queries where required, following internal processes
  

Requirements

• Matric
  (essential)
  
• Minimum
  of 3 years contact centre experience
  
• Proven
  chat support experience (non‑negotiable)
  
• Strong
  written and verbal communication skills
  
• A
  customer‑centric and empathetic approach
  
• Flexibility
  to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
